After Care Treatment Instructions
Dry (in a dryer) bedding & clothes bagged by the tech after treatment.
Do not use any bed bug solution after treatments.
Do not move items from room to room. This could contaminate the unaffected rooms. Do not move new occupants or furniture in the home until the complete infestation has been exterminated.
After the home is treated, occupants must continue to use beds and furniture normally. This means sleeping in your bed the same night after treatment.
Don’t put bed skirts on any beds until 45 days after treatment.
Only put one fitted sheet on each mattress until the infestation is completely eradicated. No mattress pads also do not put on mattress encasement after treatment unless the encasement was on a mattress before service begin.
Treatment Time Frame
Unfortunately, bed bugs aren’t like other pests that scavenge for food and shelter constantly.
this means less opportunity for them to die from traps, baits, and alternative insecticides, like other pests.
Bed bugs usually find a hiding spot and Stay dormant until a host appears.
So, after a treatment has been applied you will see a reduction in bites and bed bugs themself until the infestation is completely exterminated over the next couple of days to weeks.
On average the process takes 3 – 30 days to see a complete eradication of bed bugs.
Treatment Warranty Disclaimer

a 90-day warranty following the 2nd inspection and treatment. This means that if bed bugs are found alive after the 2nd treatment, We will schedule and offer free re-treatment or provide the necessary methods to exterminate the bed bugs.
Alive bed bugs are not the same as itchy skin, evidence of whelps, or irritated skin.
Hearsay, Assumptions, Pepper stains, and molt bed bug skins are not the same as alive Bed bugs.
Retreatment or additional treatment is only scheduled and performed when Bed bugs are found alive and terms are understood and followed.
We do not treat paranoid, Entomophobia, Ekbom Syndrome, or Delusions of Parasitosis.
Bed Bug Treatment Terms
Preparation instructions.Warranty and Guarantee are void when preparation instructions are not followed correctly. If the technician proceeds with the treatment without a verbal or written statement of failed instructions uncompleted, this means the required preparation instructions were followed correctly.
Reintroduction.If the customer or client has discovered the original source of bed bugs and has been intentionally allowed back in the dwelling treated without proper intervention or professional treatment of the source, Pathfinder Pest Control LLC will not honor its warranty
Self-sabotaging.Before every treatment Pathfinder Pest Control will send a web link with preparation instructions and Do’s and don’ts of the treatment process. We indicate on the preparation instructions no self-treatments are allowed after an appointment is made. This means no diatomaceous earth, alcohol, insecticides, cleaning, and disinfecting solutions of any kind should be used on the furniture treated or around the furniture within a 3-foot perimeter. These products can sabotage or even neutralize our treatment methods. Making our treatment ineffective. If this occurs Pathfinder Pest Control LLC will not honor our warranty or guarantee.
New items. We suggest at the time of scheduling the service no additional furniture should be bought or added to the treated area until the infestation is completely eliminated. We suggest 30 days after bed bug infestation is completely eliminated.
Multiple housing units or apartments. We pride ourselves on our service and have experienced many situations. We have many techniques and treatment methods to kill bed bugs in a lot of situations. We cannot control pests in units and rooms we are able to inspect or treat. Any adjoining apartment units and rooms need to be inspected before a warranty can be included.
Co-Parent & Blended family. We cannot offer warranties for families and households that have children come and go on weekends or weeks at a time. This is a possibility that one could bring bed bugs back to the household continuously.
Sleeping Arrangements. Do not allow any new person (s) or original suspected sources of the bedbugs to come over until their situation has been professionally treated. After the home is treated, occupants must continue to use beds and furniture normally. This means sleeping in your bed the same night after treatment. Everyone living in the facility, home, etc. being treated, must sleep in the same bed or in the same sleeping arrangements before treatment begins, this will ensure that the bed bugs do not survive in alternate areas.. If this occurs Pathfinder Pest Control LLC will not honor our warranty or guarantee.
Payment Requirement
Payment is due upon completion of the first treatment. Checks can be made out to Pathfinder Pest Control LLC. Phone quote Pricing can be subject to change due to inaccurate descriptions of the service areas but the technician will let you know before service.
Please let the technician know if you have a motorized couch, bed frame, captain bed, or bunk bed this could affect the pricing.
A warranty will not be provided until the bill is paid in full.
